How to sign up?

You can either sign up for free in any of these five different ways:

1. Online by clicking here Sign up
2. Call for free on either 0800 280 0808 or 0208 395 8629
3. Download our app on Apple or Google play store (Depending on whether you have a Apple or Android device) and follow the ‘Get started’ process:
4. You can email us for free with just your name, date of birth, postcode and contact number to support@rxlive.co.uk
5. Mail us a consent form or letter with your name, date of birth, postcode and contact number for free to ‘FREEPOST- RXLIVE PHARMACY, 3/4 Chalice Close, Wallington, Surrey SM6 9RU’

Note: Please be aware you download the ‘RXLive- NHS prescriptions’ app as other competitors put their name under our search to get you to sign up to them. We tailor your NHS repeats around you and provide an one to one service for each of our patients compared to other services.

How to re order?

You can re order your NHS repeat prescription for free in either of the six different ways:

1. You can order on the RXLive App/online facility 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days
2. You can on board to our RXLive Care Plus Service or RXLive Dossette Tray Service and we do all the work for you for free so you dont have to do anything. We arrange your medication automatically and even give you a courtesy call every month because we care about you.
3. You can email RXLive at support@rxlive.co.uk you can email us a list of what medication you require or take a picture of the item you would like to repeat 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days.
4. You can order over the phone on 0208 395 8629 or using our freephone service 0800 280 0808 on the opening times stated below.
5. You can tick your repeat items on your NHS repeat slip and hand it into your GP (after you have signed up). Once the prescription has been approved RXLive will automatically receive it and you can view what repeat medications has been accepted by logging in and viewing your RXLive app/online portal.
6. You can use your GP online services or other repeat ordering apps such as patient access etc (after you have signed up). Once the prescription has been approved RXLive will automatically receive it and you can view what repeat medications has been accepted by logging in and viewing your RXLive app/online portal.​

RXLive prescription telephone ordering line:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm

Saturday: 9am to 1pm

Sunday: Closed
