• 2 eggs
• 1 banana
• 5 cups of oats (or protein powder)
• 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

• Pour all ingredients into a bowl and whisk (protein powder is optional)
• Heat a pan over a medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking oil
• Pour pancake mixture into bowl in small amounts (pour in as circles)
• Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes
